PURPOSE OF CFLN

The purpose of the Christian Family Life Network of Northwest Arkansas (CFLN) is:

  • to rapidly disseminate information throughout the body of Christ, that is vital to the restoration and preservation of Judeo-Christian values in America.

  • to coordinate and promote the fund raising activities of the member organizations.

  • to encourage community participation in public awareness activities.

OUR HISTORY

The CFLN ministry began in January of 1999 with a quarterly newsletter distributed to Benton County churches. Area churches were asked to establish a social concerns committees within their church and assign one of its members as their CFLN representative, to make sure the information got to every congregation member. For three years, the "message" of the member organizations was disseminated throughout the body of Christ in this fashion.

In January of 2002, our web site was born, and the CFLN no longer utilized print media for distribution of the information which is now available on-line. This makes it possible for us to report news and events in a more timely fashion as well as making the information accessible to more people; however, since some of our readers do not have internet access, the role of the social concerns committee and the individual church representatives are even more vital.

We strongly encourage all Northwest Arkansas churches to name a representative, with internet access, to monitor the content of this web site and its accompanying links and share relevant information with their committee members and congregation.
